The London Zoo Conference brought together brilliant minds passionate about education, leadership, and creating a more sustainable future. Through thought-provoking panel discussions and inspiring student presentations, the event highlighted the importance of empowering individuals to reach their full potential and tackle global challenges. Attendees heard from experts working with displaced communities, championing women in leadership, promoting sustainability awareness, and exploring the power of values-driven action.

The Toucan Project videos showcase a collective commitment to driving positive change in education, leadership, and sustainability. They emphasize the power of collaboration, innovation, and values-driven action in tackling complex global challenges. The videos highlight the importance of empowering individuals, particularly those from marginalized communities, and providing them with the resources and support they need to reach their full potential. The call to action for viewers is clear: we can all play a role in building a more sustainable and equitable future by embracing a growth mindset, pursuing our passions, and working together to create meaningful impact.

Panel 1: Forcibly Displaced People & Higher Education (40 min + 10 min Q&A).
Workshop: Design Thinking for Sustainability for mentors/school leaders.
Students: Define project goals and team plans with mentors.

11:30-12:20
Panel 2: Women, Leadership & The Next Generation (40 min + 10 min Q&A).

12:20-13:40
Lunch in the Bartlett Room with peer connections, team formation, and mentor introductions.

Panel 3: Creating Awareness for Sustainability.
Workshop Part 1: Choose challenges and discuss visions for sustainability projects.
